How do I use the Boost Phone Home Calling Card?

  1. Dial the access phone number from the city you are calling from, see the list above. Australia wide dialling: 1300 795 585 (7.5c surcharge applies) or 1800 803 808 (18c surcharge applies)
  2. Dial the PIN code on your calling card.
  3. For international calls dial 0011 + country code + city code + phone number. Press ## if you wish to make another call.

Are there different rates depending on the time that I call?

No. With Boost Phone Home Calling Cards there are no peak or off-peak calling times. You can take advantage of the same low rates 24 hours a day 7 days of the week.

Are other language options available?

If English is not your preferred language you have the choice of 8 languages when listening to the voice prompts. These include; Cantonese, German, Korean, Indonesian, Mandarin, French, Japanese & Thai.

Can I access the service if I am outside Metropolitan regions in Australia?

Yes. The 1300 and 1800 access numbers are available Australia wide. (Note: a surcharge applies to access these services).

Can I make another call when I have finished or do I have to hang up and start again?

Follow on calling allows you to make another call by keying ## when the first call is completed.

How can I check the balance on my card?

Each time you make a call you hear the remaining balance and time on your calling card.

How do I recharge my Calling Card?

Additional credit can be applied to your calling card by Credit Card or recharging at one of our Phone Home Calling Cards stockists. To do it over the phone simply call our Customer Service Team on 1300 200 500.

Will my Calling Card expire?

You have 3 months from first use or last recharge.
