Boost Phone Home Calling Cards Conditions & Other Additional Charges

The Boost Phone Home Calling Card services ("Services") are made available to you by Pre-Paid Services Pty Ltd ("PPS"). By using this Boost Phone Home Calling Card you have agreed to accept these "Conditions and Additional Charges". Please take time to read and understand them.

The price of a call will be determined in the following manner:

  • Calls are charged in 1 minute periods (Billing Blocks). If a call period is less than 1 minute, it is rounded up to the nearest minute period.
  • In addition to the call rate per Billing Block, each call will incur a 29 cent connection fee.
  • Call rates shown in $A per minute (incl GST) are based on dialling local access numbers.
  • If you don’t use the local access numbers and call the Nationwide access number 1800 429 637, an additional per minute surcharge of 9.9 cents per minute applies when using this number. A per minute surcharge of 7.5 cents applies for access using 1300 access numbers, and an 18 cent per minute surcharge applies using other 1800 access numbers.
  • Contact your home or mobile phone carrier for details of applicable charges for connection to calling card access numbers.
  • Card expires 3 months from first use or 6 months from last recharge, or on the date printed on the card reverse if this is reached first.
  • Prices and calling rates include GST and are correct as at 5 November 2010.
  • Rates are subject to international carrier rates and may change without notice.
  • Calls to Satellite and Premium services are blocked.

Boost and Optus Prepaid Mobile customers: 25c charge on your mobile only available by calling the selected calling card local access numbers from your Boost or Optus Prepaid mobile. You will be charged standard calling card rates and charges. Excludes 1300 and 1800 access numbers. Standard rates apply to the calling card.
